Township of King

Sustainable Trails Ltd.’s first major trail building project in 2006 was a 6.5 km network of trails for the Township of King.

The trail system was designed and laid out by IMBA Canada

Because of the low slope and moist conditions in some areas the finished trail tread was established by using a raised tread method of construction.

The network of trails is used for recreation as well as a mountain biking school for the Township of King
